The Paper Brigade stars Robert Englund (Nightmare On Elm Street) and newcomer Kyle Howard. This film also premiered on The Disney Channel was originally distributed by Warner Home Video. Brigade wins the “Best Comedy Feature” at the Santa Clarita International Film Festival and, due to its popularity, joins the “all-time top 10” in the early going on the Disney Channel.
